I've been drooling over these darling flats from JCPenny ever since I first saw them in their catalog, a month or so ago. I love the pleats, buckle, patterned lining, and also the fact that they have a very short heel; something I need since I'm so tall. So when I saw these at the store ON SALE a few days ago, I knew I HAD to have them. Surprisingly they fit me, although these are a size 10 and I normally wear 11. I wanted the yellow pair, but they were out of stock in the 10, so I settled for brown, which are just as adorable. I should have bought black too.........but then do I really need that many pairs of shoes? ;-) They really are cute though.........maybe if I go back............

I love this brand! Decree has the cutest styles.
